Bake me nice, Bake me good. A jobless homebaker's prayer.

Yours truly have been working for FOUR not-so-long-enough years and yet as early as today, I am ready (without thinking twice) to give-up my happy, fulfilling (sometimes not) so-called CORPORATE world for my "not so" first love which is b.a.k.i.n.g.

I started  to get hooked with cakes, pies, pastries, cookies when I was still in college so that explains why baking is not my first love. And I consider, drawing and doing some stuff related to arts as my first love. Due to lack of practice, I slowly lost grip of my creative side for that matter. And since I will be jobless starting on mid-December, I told myself, I need a new bread & butter!

So going back, I really can't wait to get hold of my 13th month bonus. Why? Because I will go to Quiapo (Killion Merchandising in particular) to buy all the baking ingredients that I will need for my home-based business named The Kookie Project (hello, plugging!). With all the home bakers sprouting like mushrooms nowadays, I feel a little bit nervous if my baking will still be able to sell. But they say, "you will never know, unless you try".

5 days left and by next week, I have to roll-up some sleeves again. Wishing myself luck. Praying that my passion can somehow help to ease the worry in me caused by losing in the rat race.
